The ACRO Resident Committee is looking for 3 new resident members. Interested applicants should be in their first or second year of radiation oncology training (PGY-2 or -3) in an accredited program. New members will serve on the committee for 2 years. Applicants with an interest in education, mentorship, social media, and/or scholarships are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently in executive positions in other radiation oncology organizations.
To apply, please submit your CV, a short personal statement, and a letter of support from your residency program director to Resident@acro.org. Personal statement should outline ideas you would like to bring to the ACRO Resident Committee. Program director letter must indicate full support in attending monthly virtual meetings as well as the ACRO Annual Meeting.
The deadline for applications is 4/24 at 11:59 pm EST. Selected applicants will be invited for a virtual interview.
