Luther W. Brady, MD, FACRO was one of the world’s foremost radiation oncologists and the founding president of the American College of Radiation Oncology (ACRO).

The Dr. Luther Brady Foundation’s purpose is to provide research support to trainees to help them establish a career that will expand the effectiveness of radiation therapy. Additionally, the Foundation supports other worthwhile educational ventures that help practitioners care for cancer patients through radiation therapy, including perpetuating the annual Dr. Luther Brady Lecture and distributing travel grants for The Radiation Oncology Summit, ACRO’s annual meeting.

Dr. Brady made a generous donation to establish the Foundation and the College calls on all ACRO members, and other radiation oncologists worldwide, to join in this effort to improve and expand radiation therapy.
