Submit Your Abstract for ACRO 2025!

Selected abstracts will be presented at The Radiation Oncology Summit: ACRO 2025 taking place March 12-15 in Las Vegas, Nevada to an audience of established professionals in the field of radiation oncology. This is a great opportunity for students, residents, attending physicians, physicists, and practice administrators to present research in an intimate and focused setting.

We are accepting abstracts for both the Physician (clinical) and SEAL (admin and leadership) groups:

Physician Group: The portal opened on August 30. The deadline to submit your abstract for consideration is November 4, 2024 at 11:59 pm PST.

Top scoring abstracts per disease site may be invited to deliver an oral presentation during the corresponding plenary session. Oral presenters will also receive $100 and a certificate.

SEAL Group: The portal opened on August 1. The deadline to submit your abstract for consideration is October 16, 2024 at 11:59 pm PST.

SEALs are searching for 15-minute presentations on:

• Staff retention & staff morale
• Patient experience
