CANCELLATION POLICY:

We are currently planning an in-person event in Fort Lauderdale, with no plans to stream the content for real-time CME or SAM credits. Our Board of Chancellors continues to monitor COVID status; should a virtual component become available, you will be notified immediately so that you can adjust your plans if you wish. Any ticket fees paid for the in-person event can be transferred to the virtual option, IF that becomes an option. Should you elect to cancel your participation entirely, for any reason, you must cancel no later than TEN DAYS prior to the start of the event, or February 27, 2022.
