Email Advertising

Thursday E-Newsletter: ACRO publishes a weekly e-newsletter with an opportunity to advertise. The ad appears as the third item in the E-newsletter and includes a headline, a brief content paragraph, and a link back to your website and/or contact information for your organization. The E-newsletter is sent to ACRO members, practice admins, and partners in the ACRO e-newsletter database.

• Member Rate: 1 newsletter = $200, 4 newsletters (20% discount) = $640
• Non-Member Rate: 1 newsletter = $500, 4 newsletters (20% discount) = $1,600

• Content must be submitted by client at least two days prior to newsletter distribution. 
• Client provides headline, paragraph content (150 word maximum), graphic, and a link to website or email that we can share with our members for more information.
• Graphic size is 600 w by 200 h px.
• Final content must be approved by ACRO Executive Director and your organization representative.
• "Advertisement" will be noted above your ad.

Individual Email Marketing: You can purchase a one-time marketing email. The email is sent to ACRO members and practice admins in the ACRO member database.

• Member Rate = $1,500
• Non-Member Rate = $3,000

• Content must be provided in a word document to be copied into our email system. Client may include an image for the top of the email (size: 820 px wide x 320 px high)
• Provide a link to your website or email we can share with our members for more information.
• Provide at least 3 preferred distribution dates.
• Allow five business days for set up and approval (final content must be approved by ACRO Executive Director and your organization representative).
• "Advertisement" will be noted above your ad.

Journal Advertising
